	The 1st shipment was not packed as well as the 2nd shipment thus causing 4 out of the 6 vases to be broken upon delivery. I was able to reorder the remaining broken vases very easily, at no charge, and they were delivered timely and in perfect condition.

	My order of 24 of these vases-to be used for wedding centerpieces- arrived in LESS THAN TWO DAYS! (That's quicker than some local companies can deliver). The vases were well-packed and protected; however, two of them had large cracks in them. Within two hours of contacting customer service via this website, I was assured that replacements would be sent. I would highly recommend purchases from Candles4Less!
