| Hanukkah is a Jewish holiday which is also known as the “Festival of Lights”. This eight day celebration commemorates the re-dedication of the Holy Temple. The holiday is observed with a unique nine branch candelabras known as a “Menorah”. One candle is lit each night until all eight candles are lit. The raised or lowered 9th holder is meant for the candle used to light the others.
