Great quality and they are as large as expected - 8" x 8" x 8". They were packed in one large box and inside that was another box and then inside that each one in it's own box (which is great for storing). However, one of them still managed to come shattered. My suggestion would be to pack some styrofoam or bubble wrap around them so this could have been avoided. I called and they are shipping a new one...should arrive any day. Overall very happy with quality, shipping time and price.

8" Square Bulk Vases

I ordered a total of 12 vases, and they were shipped quickly and very well packaged. I had a few issues with some of the vases having large noticeable bubbles, but customer service responded the same day and offered to send me replacements without me asking. This is probably the best customer service I have encountered – it just proves how much they love their business and customers! I don’t think you can get a better quality at this price point.

Great customer service. The items were shipped quickly. I ordered two packages (8 vases total) and all were in great condition except one was shattered. I called the company and they immediately sent a replacement via next day delivery at no charge. More companies should provide this level of customer service, it makes a big difference. I would purchase with them again.

Great vase

I love this vase! It is heavy & well made. It turned out to be bigger than I thought & I used more flowers in it than planned but my daughter is going to be turning it over and using it for graduated cake stands. More than the vase, I LOVE this company & the friendly & prompt customer service. They even followed up to make sure everything was all right. In this age of many choices, companies that have great customer service are going to stand out among the others.

These are vases are great. I plan to use them with smaller square ones for centerpieces. These vases are great for large bloom flowers.
