After a bit of a rough start (Paypal didn't seem to be properly connected
to candles4less customer service) I was finally able to reach someone
who replied to me about a problem delivery. VERY lovely people, polite
and prompt, who took care of the problem efficiently. Unfortunately,
the Eiffel Tower vase didn't survive shipping. But I got an immediate
credit/refund on my order, and after supplying a photo of the broken
vase, all I had to do was toss it - no return shipping!!! How great is that!
I will probably order from candles4less in the future, because I can always
